Hi, I’m Saiful Alom. I am a Full-Stack Engineer, but more specifically, an Edge-Native Specialist.
From Founder to Architect
My journey didn’t begin in a classroom it started in the real world with a project called BazarBhai. Launched in July 2025, it was a hyper-local marketplace designed to help neighborhood shops go digital.
Building a three-tier ecosystem (Customer, Seller, and Admin) by myself taught me something vital: Code is useless if it doesn’t solve a business problem. I also realized that the “standard” way of building (heavy servers, centralized databases) wasn’t fast enough for the modern web. That insight changed everything.
Why I Specialize in the “Edge”
Today, I focus on Distributed Systems. Using tools like Hono, Astro, and Cloudflare Workers, I build applications that don’t reside in a single data center—they run everywhere, simultaneously.
By moving logic to the “Edge” (closest to the user), I help businesses:
- Eliminate Latency: Achieve near-instant load times globally.
- Scale Effortlessly: Handle 10 or 10,000 users without manual server management.
- Ensure Security: Use modern, type-safe tools like Drizzle ORM and Zod to catch errors before they happen.
My Philosophy: “Schema-First, Performance-Always”
I don’t believe in “bloated” software. Whether I’m building a lightweight analytics engine like TrackFlow or a high-converting SaaS Waitlist, my goal is the same: maximum performance with minimum overhead.
I treat every project as a “Digital Garden”—a space to apply best engineering practices, from strict TypeScript implementation to achieving 100/100 Lighthouse scores.

When I’m away from the keyboard, I dive deep into DevOps or write about the future of web infrastructure on this blog. I believe the best engineers never stop being students.
